This is an easy to prepare soup with only 2 main ingredients. You only need cabbage and the pork bones for stock.

 

Notes

Tbsp = tablespoon

Chopped = chopped or cut into ½ cm pieces

 

Method

 

1. Boil a pot of water and place the pork bones in the pot.

2. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Remove the pork bones and set aside. Discard the water.

4. Transfer the pork bones and the cabbage to a large pot. Fill the pot with clean water enough to cover all the ingredients.

5. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to medium.

6. Simmer at medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.

7. Season with salt and pepper according to your requirements and then remove from heat.

Total Time: 60 mins

300 g Pork bones or pork riblets, or boneless pork ribs. Alternatively, may use chicken in place of pork.

300 g cabbage cut or torn into 3 cm pieces.

½ tbsp salt.
